Hi Alan, I just want to let your readers know that Google has updated their API for the Blogger platform and that is currently affecting our ability to pull content from all available posts. We are in the process of updating the Blog2Print widget and that will fix the problem you experienced. Blog2Print is available in beta form and we continue to improve the widget based on feedback from the user community. Thank you for taking the time to use the widget and share your thoughts.

Thanks for the clarification about the $100 fee, golfwidow. After I read your comment I went back to the lulu site and re-read the info there and I think I understand now. So if you can live without an ISBN and are willing to just link to lulu’s site you could sell your book without paying anything. Way cool

It never once occurred to me to use some random widget to publish my blog. Lulu allowed me to pick and choose “the best of”, to format it and font it the way I wanted, to price it the way I wanted, to offer 232 pages at a reasonable trade price, and, had I chosen not to sell it publicly via Amazon and related booksellers, I could simply have sold it privately through Lulu without paying the $100 global distribution fee.
