		<description><![CDATA[Interesting book.  I remember when growing up we would get our milk from the small dairy farm next door.  No processing there.  Sometimes we kids would get to drink it right out of a ladle from the tank that collected it directly from the cows.  We never got sick for some reason.  Now conventional milk is very processed and can contain hormones and antibiotics.

I drink organic milk only.  It is one of the organic products I insist on.  Most other food items I am flexible on, depending on price and availability, but not milk.]]></description>
